We do not collect the contents of your analysis requests beyond what is needed to serve them, and we do not sell personal data.
To provide the Service and your account; to enforce plan limits and secure the Service; to process payments; and to comply with legal obligations.
We share data only with service providers that help us operate, notably: Stripe and NOWPayments (payments) and Render (hosting/infrastructure). We may disclose data if required by law. We do not sell or rent your data.
The Service uses only essential cookies required to operate the site and any set by our host. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
We keep account data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then delete or anonymize it within 30 days of account closure, unless a longer period is required by law.
Depending on where you live (including under the CCPA/CPRA for California residents), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to opt out of certain processing. We do not sell personal information. To exercise any right, email fondation@trelyan.ch. You may request deletion of your account and API key at any time.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data (e.g. HTTPS in transit, access controls). No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We are based in the United States and process data there. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you consent to that processing; where required for cross-border transfers, we rely on appropriate safeguards.
The Service is not directed to individuals under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
